Product orders
Catalog products are offered in limited quantities or made-to-order runs. Lead times listed on product pages are estimates and may shift based on workload, material availability, or print success rate.
Custom work
Submitting a custom request does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Printwell reviews each request for fit, feasibility, and schedule before offering next steps.
Paid consults
Consult purchases reserve expert time for scoping and technical review. The consult fee is generally not refundable once the session is delivered, but it may be applied toward project work at Printwell's discretion.
Liability
Printwell products and custom parts are intended for the described use cases only. Customers remain responsible for confirming suitability in higher-risk or regulated contexts.
