How Printwell handles customer information.
What gets collected
Printwell collects the information needed to fulfill store orders, respond to custom requests, and coordinate paid consults. This can include contact details, shipping information, request descriptions, and uploaded reference files.
How it is used
Information is used to process payments through Stripe, review fabrication requests, communicate about fulfillment, and deliver consult scheduling instructions. Printwell does not offer customer accounts in v1.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Stripe. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com after consult purchase. Email delivery may be handled through Resend. Uploaded files may be stored with a configured upload provider depending on deployment environment.
